1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Wheel World Consulting ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Wheel World Consulting.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and book consultations. By registering, you confirm that you are of legal age and have the authority to enter into this agreement. Corporate accounts must be created by an authorized representative.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws

4. Consultations & Expert Services

Wheel World is a marketplace that connects clients with independent consultants. We facilitate the connection but are not a party to the consultation itself. Experts on our platform are independent professionals, not employees of Wheel World. While we verify credentials, the quality and outcome of consultations depend on the expert you choose.

Consultations can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no charge. Late cancellations may be subject to fees as detailed at the time of booking.

5. Payments & Fees

Each expert sets their own rates, displayed on their public profile. Fees are charged at the time of booking through our supported payment methods (Chargily for Algerian Dinar, international cards, PayPal). All prices are listed clearly before payment. Refunds are processed according to our cancellation policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, market reports, and software — is the property of Wheel World Consulting or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Market reports are licensed for your personal use and may not be redistributed. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or experts
• Attempt to circumvent payment systems or fees
• Share account access or sell your account
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our content or expert data
• Introduce malware or harmful code to the Platform

8. Limitation of Liability

Wheel World Consulting is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or consultations. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the consultation in question.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Algiers, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
